Notes: This convergent solver subdivides layers into thin slices, computes exact Boussinesq σz at slice midpoints for the patch set, then iteratively enforces stiffness-weighted compatibility to produce transmitted σ. Use Auto-Refine for practical convergence. For the mathematically exact Burmister transform solution (Hankel / transfer-matrix), ask me and I will produce a validated implementation as a follow-up.
