Footing Design — Teng + Eccentricity (with Safeguards)

This tool auto-iterates footing size (B × L) until design pressure ≤ allowable (uses Terzaghi/Meyerhof factors with depth & shape corrections). It clamps % compression area to 0–100% and warns when column eccentricity aggravates moments (sign issue).
