Clause 37/38 — Tendered Quantity Payment Calculator
Calculator implements: allowed extra quantity = max(25% of tendered qty, Rs 5,000 ÷ unit rate). Allowed payable qty = tendered qty + allowed extra. Use this to compute how much quantity is payable at the tendered rate.
Rule implemented: Quantity to be paid at tendered rate = tendered quantity + allowed extra, where allowed extra = maximum of (25% of tendered quantity) and (₹5,000 ÷ unit rate). If unit rate is zero or very small, the value-based extra is handled to avoid division by zero.
