Price Escalation Calculator

This calculator is based on standard price escalation formulas used in Maharashtra Government construction contracts (e.g., PWD, Water Resources). It computes escalation for civil works using components like labor, materials, POL, and key items (cement, steel, bitumen). The formula applies a 0.85 factor (excluding 15% overheads) and adjusts for index/price changes. Weights are customizable but default to typical values (labor: 30%, materials: 30%, POL: 5%, cement: 10%, steel: 15%, bitumen: 10%). Adjust as per your contract.
