Kumbh 2027 — Offline Route Congestion + Parking Diversion

Data Route KML (polylines): Parking KML (polygons):

Workflow: load routes → click each route to set width & inflow → load parking (or enter capacities if missing) → Analyze & Divert

Instructions

1. Upload route KML (polylines). Click a route line to input width (m) and flow (veh/hr).
2. Upload parking KML (polygons). If polygons lack a capacity property, you'll be prompted to enter one.
3. Click Analyze & Divert — surplus (flow − capacity) will be assigned to nearest parking polygons in distance order.

Legend

Route color: green (low) → orange (near cap) → red (over capacity)

Parking fill: green (<70%) • orange (70–100%) • red (>100% overflow)
